Therapy Rooted In Science

At the foundation of my practice lies a belief in universal human resilience. Struggles with anxiety, depression, managing relationships and emotions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), or trauma create a sense of disconnect from your own ability to learn, adapt, and grow. Evidence based therapy can offer relief. I have been privileged to receive training and experience in state of the art practices from leaders in the field. At the University of California, Los Angeles and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, I developed skill in gold standard therapeutic strategies informed by the most up-to-date research findings. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I take great joy in applying these tools through a friendly and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I strive to understand and empower clients to make meaningful changes. I provide individual therapy appointments for adults (18+) exclusively by telehealth to maximize accessibility and convenience. My practice is located in Concord, New Hampshire. While I am not contracted with insurance providers, clients with who wish to use insurance may be able to submit reimbursement requests for out-of-network coverage. Please check with your insurance carrier. I am pleased to offer two Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills groups on Mondays at 12pm and Tuesdays at 6pm. New clients are accepted on a rolling basis. Group participants must be in individual therapy. Please contact me for additional details. Follow the links below to find me on facebook, twitter, or linkedin and view my blog here:
